Chase Freedom Digital Strategy & Communications

Job Description

The Chase Freedom credit card team is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the digital strategy for their dual product portfolio (Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited). The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing communications including creative development, measurement, test and learn discipline, and driving brand awareness and advocacy.


This person will be responsible for Freedom's social media strategy across multiple platforms, digital banner reinforcements, and digital payments (Freedom App, Chase Pay and Chase Mobile). They will work closely with our portfolio marketing team to determine marketing cadence, channel, and consistent messaging and branding across channels. They will also collaborate with the Chase Social Media team, PR, Digital, ChasePay, Sports and Entertainment and the Brand team to develop a cohesive and consistent digital communication plan to customers and prospects. The candidate will also be responsible to understanding the consumer digital landscape, including competitive and other industry leaders in the digital space in order to make recommendations on innovative new ways to build awareness and consideration for the Freedom products.




The ideal candidate will have the following:

- 5+ years in marketing role
