Business Systems Analyst II

Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst on the Marketing Services Demand Management team, you will support the requirements and data gathering process and impact assessment activities for initiatives that support the Capacity and Planning process.


Individual will work with various stakeholders to elicit business requirements in order to clearly document the scope and objectives of the planned initiative. You will conduct process analysis and business interviewing activities. You will perform research and impact analysis, root cause analysis, and process mapping related to your assigned initiatives.  Individual will work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance.  You will also seek to identify areas of improvement within existing processes


Other Responsibilities: 

  • Quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement 
  • Regular business or client reporting
  • Lead efforts to develop best practices, establish technical standards, incorporate efficiency principles, identify tactical and strategic opportunities
  • Responsible for partnering with business partners to lead major and/or complex initiatives and provide exceptional support
  • Collaborate with the business functions and technology experts to ensure solutions deliver the expected functionality
  • Design, build and document configuration, and business logic leveraging technical applications
  • Ensure solutions deliver the expected functionality and benefits
  • May review and/or change established policies, maintain issues log and manage report delivery

• Understanding of business systems needs/controls
• Proficiency with MS Office (experience with Visio and MS Access are desired)
