As a Business Systems Analyst on the Marketing Services Demand Management team, you will support the requirements and data gathering process and impact assessment activities for initiatives that support the Capacity and Planning process.
Individual will work with various stakeholders to elicit business requirements in order to clearly document the scope and objectives of the planned initiative. You will conduct process analysis and business interviewing activities. You will perform research and impact analysis, root cause analysis, and process mapping related to your assigned initiatives. Individual will work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance. You will also seek to identify areas of improvement within existing processes
