·         Basic PC skills: MS Word, Excel, web based applications
·         Ability to key data at 30 WPM
·         Excellent Customer Service skills
·         Utilize multiple bank systems concurrently
·         Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
·         Ability to comprehend and execute standard procedures and action plans
·         Ensure that regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirements are met
AND
·         Prepared to handle additional responsibilities such as escalated calls, SME, special handling (CPC, PWM etc)
·         No losses in the last year
·         Has become a subject Matter Expert in Fraud Prevention or FHL
·         Ability to answer questions and support new hire employees
·         Ability to operate semi-autonomously in current role
·         Some involvement in special projects
·         No written warnings in last 3 months
·         Minimum 6-months in Risk Operations or Fraud Hotline
·         Exhibits core knowledge and strong decision making ability for handling escalation,  exceptions and increased authority limits
Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service and problem solving
