Program Overview

Our program is designed to develop entry-level professionals and prepare them for Human Resources careers at the firm. The full-time Analysts supporting Human Resources have the opportunity to work with top professionals at the heart of a leading financial services company in Manila. Over a two-year period, the Human Resources program provides a unique combination of facilitated, self-paced and on-the job training and development opportunities, with the addition of real-world business experience. While receiving hands-on learning experience, mentoring, feedback and numerous development opportunities, you will have a direct impact on the business and build a strong career foundation in Human Resources.
 
As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be rotated to different areas in an HR Business Partner and Service Delivery role, in addition to specialist functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Diversity, or Learning & Development. Upon completing the program, Analysts will have the knowledge and skills needed to advance their careers within the firm. Post-program, Analysts stay with a specific role or transfer throughout the firm as opportunities arise.
 

Training and Development
As an Analyst, you will begin your career with a multi-week induction training program that provides important foundation knowledge on the firm and businesses, Financial Markets, Excel plus soft skills training and networking events.  The ongoing program experience is strategic and robust and includes:
•          Periodic professional skills and leadership training
•          HR specific training
•          Analyst-aligned Program Manager who provides career development support & guidance
 
Business & Technical Acumen is required to succeed in the program. Specifically:
•BS/BA degree and Masters degree in Business or Social Sciences or equivalent courses
•Interest in building a career within the Human Resources department of a major financial services institution
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•Interest in building their personal skills set while gaining corporate experience
•Ability to synthesize information, to reach logical conclusions, and to think resourcefully
•Highly motivated, results-oriented and client-focused with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
•Professional maturity and sound judgment
•Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
