Job Summary
The Project Analyst will provide support to the Planning and Program Delivery functions of the Firmwide Cybersecurity Program.   Specific to this role the Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing support of cross-LOB Cybersecurity initiatives that meet the strategic goals and commitments of this Firmwide program.  This position requires a strong self-starter who can proactively engage numerous stakeholders without formal direction. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Provide direct support to Director of Planning, Firmwide Cybersecurity Program
  • Provide direct support to Director of Program Delivery, Firmwide Cybersecurity Program
  • Develop strong partnership with Business, Operations, and Technology teams across Corporate and LOBs
  • Demonstrated understanding of project lifecycle with strong issue/risk/dependency management
  • Demonstrated understanding of requirements development, project scoping and resource management
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial planning
  • Demonstrated understanding of stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience in IT program / project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and presentation
  • Demonstrated experience in program level, enterprise level communication
Bachelors degree along with 5+ years of program/project management experience required.  Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in program level, enterprise level communication
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate business requirements
  • Strong delivery track record
  • Well organized self-starter
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills.
  • Confidence in communicating internally at all levels; candidate will be dealing with stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority (up-to Managing Director level) across multiple departments.
  • Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment.
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is beneficial but not required
  • Experience in risk management and controls is beneficial but not required
  • Experience in strategic planning is beneficial but not required
