Business Ops Sr Specialist II

 

As a Business Ops Sr Specialist II, you will be responsible for the day to day entry of equipment replacement and supply orders in to the MAXTRAK system for Canada merchants and the TASQWeb system for US merchants.  You will also be a point of contact for ECC help desk agents providing information and assistance regarding orders, warranties, processes and procedure.  You may also provide assistance to outside vendors regarding errors or issues with orders placed including troubleshooting and download verification.

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Enter equipment and supply orders in the appropriate system accurately and efficiently within the assigned service levels.

2.       Correspond department's activities, progress, and functions to department manager.

3.       Respond to phone, LYNC IM, and email inquiries regarding orders and other possible questions providing accurate and detailed information.

4.       Provide applicable reporting regarding orders placed

5.       Facilitate and conduct user training on system and reporting mechanisms.

6.       Other duties as assigned

  1. High School Diploma, GED, specialized training and/or equivalent work experience on the Chase Paymentech POS Helpdesk required.
  2. At least one year of experience in Customer Service on ECC Help Desk, US or Canada environment
  3. Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
  4. Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
  5. Accuracy and attention to detail
  6. Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
  7. Merchant Acquiring experience
  8. Possess good analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  9. Must be detail oriented; possess good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.  Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and take ownership of tasks.
