Business Operations Analyst II

Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst II within the Remediation team will be responsible for managing several mid-large size, cross-functional projects supporting the National Collections & Vehicle Remarketing and Servicing Organizations of Chase Auto Finance.  The project manager will follow a defined process to ensure the consistent and effective resolution of customer impacting process/policy breakdowns. 

 

Primary responsibilities/job duties will include:

  • Working with the Remediation Leader to define the remediation objective and ensure that remediation’s are completed within a sound control environment that results in the full customer impact being completely and accurately identified/addressed
  • Engaging project resources to accomplish defined objective
  • Defining project milestones and deliverables and managing the overall project plan
  • Preparing and facilitating project kick off, status and ad-hoc meetings
  • Issue management
  • Gathering business requirements
  • Documenting key decisions
  • Preparing regular project status updates for executive management
  • Working with the Remediation Program Manager to continually improve the remediation management process

Qualifications

  •   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  •   Minimum 3-5 years previous project management experience
  •   Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly self motivated with a proven ability to lead and motivate others to achieve a common goal
  •   Effective issue management abilities
  •   Strong organizational and planning skills
  •   Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  •   Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Outlook and Communicator
  •   Knowledge of Chase Auto Finance processes and systems preferred.  Financial Services industry experience required.
  •   Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations impacting the Financial Services industry a plus
  •   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
