This role will report into the Global Head of Client Service and Solutions and will be responsible for the implementation and development of an off shore client services solution for Custody and Fund Service with the goal of providing an enhanced client experience to achieve our goal of being the provider of choice for our large global asset managers. Key focus areas include:
• Defining an operating model to enhance the client experience
• Pricing Analysis and Preparation
• Billing Analysis
• Onboarding support
• KPIs and client reporting requirements

Required Experience / Skills
 > 15 years of securities industry experience required, in Investor Services
 Strong client service experience with a track record of delivering the firm
 Risk or control experience or operational experience required
 Understanding of cost and pricing methodology for the purpose of evaluating new business
 Experience in identifying and execution opportunities to offshore front office functions
 Experienced interacting with senior management
 Strong prioritization skills and an ability to deliver under pressure
 Process reenginnering
 Strong attention to detail
 Strong presentation skills
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Access
 Accounting experience is preferable
 Must be self-starter, exhibit leadership skills, and initiative
