CIB BACC- Client Reference Data & Client Onboarding Analyst- Buenos Aires

Job Description

Main responsibilities

Be part of a dedicated functional team for Client Reference Data and Onboarding activities for Latin America that provide the following support:
 
  • Conduct London and North America KYC and client documentation initial analysis, in accordance to internal procedures.(Know Your Client)
  • Set up of new clients to the Latam local systems and Global Reference Data systems
  • Perform client searches in accordance to the on boarding procedures.
  • Daily interaction with sales and bankers for new requests and ongoing request status.
  • Liaise with other Regional and Global Client Onboarding teams  
  • Reach out to Sales/Bankers (Front office) to obtain required documents
  • Control and follow up of pending or outdated documentation
  • Produce and maintain client set up metrics from a regional perspective
  • Client Reference data maintenance tasks | Participate in a Brazil reference data remediation for existing clients (Operational task in several client & transactional systems)

Requirements

  • University degree (could be Business related, Certified translator etc.)
  • Fluent English is mandatory, either written or verbally. Formal communication in English is required on the daily tasks
  • Portuguese is a plus
