Associate - Global Information Support Specialist, Compliance – Singapore

The Information Management support Lead will be the primary contact for the implementation of Global Information Management initiatives. This role will assist Global Information Management to develop and execute strategies for the implementation of the Global Information Management program and initiatives. This person will also develop and instigate the strategy for documenting line of business requirements and will manage the overall document retention schedules and risk management issues to ensure compliance with local /international law in addition to corporate policies
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Reports to and supports the Global Information Manager – APAC
  • Work with key customers across the lines of business to provide guidance on Global Information Management program initiatives.
  • Contact for LOB engagement and support, ensuring compliance with program initiatives, working with suppliers and the Global Information Management (GIM) team; globally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Records and Information Coordinators in the lines of business. 
  • Provide required training of users on Global Information Management policies, guidelines, processes, controls and systems.
  • Attend focus groups and forums to review records management trends, regulatory changes and possible implications to JPMC.
  • Undertake initiatives and training of internal clients in order to reduce the archiving of duplicate paper records as appropriate.
  • Review current operational processes with internal client base regularly through client focus groups and liaison with Senior Front Office management. 
  • Assist in GIM training and education sessions.
  • Provide support and back-up to GIM Program managers as required to support Program Initiatives.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in all GIM Program requirements
  • Working and support local Compliance in ensuring services adhere to local laws and corporate policies.
  • Participate in development of records management strategies and programs
  • Internal LOB process reviews and best practice analysis to provide effective solutions in managing on-site information
  • Point of contact for LOB data capture that leads to viable and supported application to Record Retention development, reporting and vendor / management and engagement.
