We are actively seeking an Analytics Lead UX Architect to assist in our efforts to create world class products for the JP Morgan Markets Platform and it’s various digital properties. J.P. Morgan Markets (JPMM) is the firm’s flagship client facing platform that provides seamless access to critical functionality across the trade lifecycle; from research, analytics and structuring to trading and post-trade functionality, across markets globally. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic and entrepreneurial team within JP Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank’s (CIB) who use innovation to redefine the role of JP Morgan’s client facing applications serving the financial services.
 
JPMM Analytics Lead UX Architect - VP – London
We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced information architect to join the JPMM Macro Trading and Analytics UX Team.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Define and deliver the interaction design of world-class analytics JPMM Analytics applications and implementations.
  • Be accountable for creating a consistent and unified end-to-end User Experience and workflow with a focus on driving usage and revenue.
  • Actively participate in UX strategy and product definition, roadmap planning along with JPMM team members, business and technology representatives.
  • Work closely with JPMM Visual Designers, Product Managers and BAs to produce UI specifications based on requirements/feedback from customers and internal business representatives.
  • Work closely with the JPMM UX Design Standards team to produce specifications that follow and contribute to our pattern libraries.
  • Work with business to ensure that solutions are in line with business deliverables.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, actionable and implemented as specified.
  • Oversee and manage external Creative agency relationships and resources related to design initiatives.
  • Understand a vast area of features and experiences, make competitor comparisons, understand complex needs in different markets and decide best course forward for the CIB.
  • Be a champion and evangelist for the UX discipline including acting as an advocate for the user.
  • Contribute to and drive the development/refinement of our UX frameworks, libraries and collaboration tools.
  • Contribute to and drive UX quality across products, devices and territories.

  • Experience with Axure / Omnigraffle / Adobe Creative Suite products and HTML Technologies.
  • In possession of a portfolio demonstrating all of the above.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an information architect / interaction designer and successful track record of taking projects from concept to final delivery
  • Experience working in multi disciplinary teams of senior business, product and technology managers and UX members
  • Web, mobile and desktop (installed) product application design and delivery.
  • Candidate should have a successful track record of working with the various partners (client, product management team and technologist) to produce great Interaction and to deliver it to production
  • Comfort with developing concepts, sketches and willingness to be involved at a granular level when required
  • Providing UX vision and creative direction
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
  • Experience within Financial Services highly preferable
  • 5+ years of experience in leading user experience teams in client-facing engagements
