The Global Strategy team within Client Reference Data (CRD) under Corporate Global Reference Data Operations (GRDO) is defining the direction, operating model and design of the firm wide Client Reference Data operations utility. As part of this deliverable, the team will deliver automation capabilities built upon the future state operating model, drive stakeholder governance, and represent CRD in a variety of firm wide and LOB programs, along with partnering closely with CRD Operations to deliver a successful BAU implementation. This VP role will be a combination Senior BA/PM and Product owner role to lead change management of BAU technology and application support initiatives.
You will gain exposure to a wide variety of Product, LOB, Credit and Compliance groups and their various management structures so the candidate would be expected to be able to interact and create strong partnerships across various teams, across various locations.
Product ownership driving governance, metrics, business case support and Agile oversight/support
Lead team of business analysts and project managers
Work closely with the stakeholders and Client Reference Data to understand business and requirements to define future state development plans of Client Reference Data technology platforms and operating model, including vendor solutions
Produce project materials at all stages of project development lifecycle - current state process flows, business use cases, gap analyses, governance and future state models
Clearly define objectives, lead the development of the implementation plan for the technology solution , and oversee the execution of that plan
Review project materials with stakeholders and coordinate sign offs of deliverables
Lead project coordination effort with major business and technology stakeholders
Work with business owners to ensure Client Reference Data initiatives are properly prioritized
Provide support for the production of project and program communication materials
Manage timely execution of the plan and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Balance short term needs with long term strategic view and wherever necessary create short term solutions until the long term solution is ready
Ensure projects are completed within established time and budget schedules and in compliance to enterprise project management standards for the respective program
