Global Client Access (GCA) provides our clients with global access to the firm’s treasury management transaction and information services, through Internet and Host-to-Host (H2H) channels. The organization has end-to-end responsibility for these channels, including channel strategy, product management, sales support, project delivery, and fulfillment and client support.
The CA Reporting Business Analyst is responsible for developing a keen understanding of unique business needs, securing a strong understanding of processes and responsibilities of all those involved in the business workflow and translating this knowledge into actionable business requirements.
The CA Reporting Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the internal reporting process and requirements for the H2H Direct Transmission channel and its various formats, such as BAI2, CSV, SWIFT, ANSI 821, and ISO20022.
The successful candidate will lead and facilitate sessions with project teams consisting of JPMorgan Business and Technical users to document Agile Stories, including details of user experience and data integration needs to insure JP Morgan’s standing as a leading global provider of reporting related products in the industry.
Additional responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business management on options, risks, and costs concerning reporting product enhancements and new product development and support.
The CA Reporting Business Analyst will liaison with business end-to-end and QA testing resources in the development and execution of test cases, dispositioning defects, and production validation scripts. Also, provide enhancements of Treasury Sales materials, including collaboration on creating, revising and presenting training materials.
The position reports directly to the Product Manager, Client Access Reporting and interacts with all Client Access teams and partner organizations.

· Minimum Experience and Education
o Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst with focus on data mapping; additional experience in one or more of the following areas as a plus: consulting, operations management, or technology management.
o Knowledge of cash management and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts including the following messaging formats: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, BAI2, SWIFT and XML (ISO20022) is strongly preferred.
o BA/BS in Information Technology, Management, Accounting, Operations Management, or related discipline strongly preferred.
