Cloud Risk Manager - Bournemouth

Job Description

As an ICS (Integrated Cloud Services) Global Controls Lead you will coordinate all ICS Controls activities. You will act as the lead for ICS for all audit

activities and drive the controls projects and initiatives across the organisation.  A unique and interesting challenge for ICS is to establish the controls requirements and management processes associated with public cloud adoption.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

 

  • Control Self Assessments (CSA & RCSA)
  • Accountable for the execution of all control self assessment (CSA and RCSA), activities
  • Lead test development focusing on systematic testing
  • Provide training to the business units on the CSA framework
  • Act as a liaison to ICS the entire CSA process
  • Coordinate CSA approval by Executive Management and Risk Management
  • Coordinate controls testing
  • Provide governance and oversight
  • Accountable for ICS responses to audit requests for information
  • Phoenix Issues & Action Plans
  • Accountable for documenting issues in Phoenix
  • Lead/coordinate the remediation of Phoenix Action Plans
  • Business Continuity Plans
  • Coordinate creation and recertification of plan documentation(BIA/BCP), test facilitation and resiliency reporting
  • Ability to manage and create global testing for resiliency across the firm
  • Conducts risk assessments and leads crisis management process for ICS
  • Develops and implements continuous improvement opportunities
  • Works with key members of the Disaster Recovery team and other business units to ensure that technology is aligned
  • with business needs and business resiliency requirements are met
  • Third Party Oversight
  • Develop and provide guidance for outsourcing
  • Qualify vendors for Third Party Provider relationships with JPMC.
  • Manage the on-boarding of Third Party Providers
  • Monitor Third Party compliance performance to adherence of laws and regulations.
 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

 

  • Already working at the level of an experienced VP or ED grade
  • Comfortable working with an MD/CIO level audience
  • Able to demonstrate strong influencing skills with peers and colleagues across the service management teams.
  • Strong controls background with the ability to translate controls requirements to a technical community.
  • The ability to design effective controls and compliance frameworks for small “startup”, organisation
  • The position reports directly to the Compute Back Bone Service Owner with accountability to all services owners in the ES
